Soiniche (“we”) respects your privacy and complies with Vietnam’s Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection (PDPD) as well as general GDPR principles.

Data we collect

• The content you submit to scan (idea, brand name, niche, problem). This is the input used to run a scan.
• IP address and device signals — used only to prevent abuse (rate limiting, Turnstile bot verification).
• On the anonymous tier, we do not require an account, email, or personal information.

Legal basis & purpose

We process data on the basis of your consent when you actively submit a scan, in order to: run the scan and return results, prevent abuse, and improve service quality.

Sharing with third parties

To run a scan, some input data may be sent to data processors such as search providers (Serper) and Cloudflare (Turnstile, infrastructure). We do not sell personal data to anyone.

Retention

Scan results and evidence are stored for a limited time (time-bounded cache) to reconstruct reports. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights (under PDPD)

You have the right to access, correct, delete your personal data and to withdraw consent. To exercise these, contact Support@soiniche.com.
